Revise the Business a) mindmap. You will have to re-draw the mindmap onto a blank sheet of paper - 10 mins.

Prep over the half term

Research a franchise company that you think looks interesting (and not the obvious ones like McDonalds etc.) and produce a poster on what they do, what money is required to set up etc. and then do a little presentation to the class about your findings. You can use powerpoint if you wish. 5 mins max for the presentation.
Complete for the first week back, ideally Tuesday.

Fill in your 'KEY TERMS' word document by adding in the Key Terms on pages 112, 122, 142, 152 and 163. Complete this for the first Tuesday back after half term.

It is vitally important that you have a good understanding of the business terminology. I will be testing you on some of these key terms after half term. You will be expected to give definitions of some of these terms in the GCSE, so the sooner you start to learn them up the better.

I will be checking that you are keeping your document up to date.
